How PLUSNEL Is Made
Step 1: Material Conversion
Collected textile resources — such as used clothing, banners, and fabric offcuts — are gathered and sorted according to set criteria.
Step 2: Shredding & Remove
The selected materials are finely shredded, while all attached impurities such as buttons and zippers are completely removed.
Step 3: Material Structuring
The materials go through a first stage of loosening and thinning, followed by a second stage where they are formed into nonwoven layers and stacked.
Step 4: Molding & Inspection
Using high-temperature compression, Plusnel panels are formed, then inspected according to customer requirements before dispatch.
